Paying at a PAGCOR-listed online casino in 2026 means using a local, peso-based method from the casino’s own cashier. The operators’ own payment pages name GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, QR Ph and major banks such as BPI, BDO, UnionBank and Metrobank. Two familiar options are ruled out: PAGCOR has prohibited credit cards and cryptocurrency for betting. WinZir’s deposit page lists GCash, Maya, GrabPay and InstaPay alongside major banks; Casino Plus’s app description names GCash, Maya and UnionBank; Bet88 is reported to offer Maya and QR Ph and accepts deposits from ₱1, while WinZir and Okada Online Casino are reported to start at ₱500. Before you register, open the site’s own payment page and check that your method appears for withdrawals too, not only for deposits.

The pattern is clear: the methods listed sites use are local, peso-denominated and tied to a Philippine identity. That is not an accident. It is what lets operators match a payment to a verified player aged 21 or over, and it is why methods built for cross-border payments turn up mostly at sites outside PAGCOR’s records.
GrabPay, InstaPay, QR Ph and bank transfers
GrabPay is the wallet inside the Grab app. WinZir’s deposit page and Casino Plus’s payment articles both name it, which makes it a useful third wallet for players who already use Grab. As with GCash and Maya, you choose it in the casino cashier and confirm in the app; check the withdrawal list separately, because a wallet offered for deposits is not always offered for payouts.
InstaPay is the real-time transfer network that connects Philippine banks and e-wallets, and QR Ph is the national QR code standard that runs on it. WinZir’s help centre describes InstaPay deposits through a payment gateway, and Bet88 is reported to take QR Ph. Either lets you pay from almost any bank or wallet app, which is handy when one wallet is at its limit.
Bank transfers suit larger amounts. WinZir lists BPI, BDO, UnionBank and Metrobank among its deposit options and states a ₱500 minimum for bank-transfer withdrawals. Allow for the casino’s processing time and your bank’s own schedule, and make sure the account is in the same name as your casino account.
What changed for e-wallets in 2025
On 14 August 2025 the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ordered supervised e-wallets to remove gambling icons and links, under Memorandum No. M-2025-029. GCash switched off gaming access in GLife and Maya disabled gambling links in its Games feature at 8 pm on 16 August 2025. Since then every casino payment starts on the casino’s own website. Withdrawals: where most problems start
Deposits are usually instant; withdrawals are where rules pile up. Figures also vary by source: a comparison site reported a 9 am to 9 pm withdrawal window and a ₱1,000 minimum at WinZir, while WinZir’s own help centre, updated in March 2026, describes 24/7 processing. Go by the operator’s current page, and finish any bonus wagering before asking for a withdrawal.
