Its record is one of the broadest in that list: live baccarat, live dealer roulette, slots, virtual games and live color games, the online version of the perya favourite that many Filipino players look for first.

On payments it is one of the most accessible listed sites. A Philippine comparison site reports a ₱10 minimum deposit and GCash for both deposits and withdrawals, and the operator’s own promotion pages, as indexed in Philippine search results, describe a 1.5% cash rebate, the maximum PAGCOR has allowed on slots, e-bingo, numeric games and sports betting since May 2026. Its homepage links to PAGCOR-accredited help centres such as Bridges of Hope and Milestone, which earns it the responsible gaming point.

The weak spot is the number of addresses. Casino Plus has many registered domains besides the main one, and promotional links shared on social media do not always use the main address. That does not make them unsafe if they are in the register, but it does mean checking every link you receive against PAGCOR’s list. The reported 120% first-deposit bonus up to ₱100,000 is large by Philippine standards; its wagering terms were not visible to us.

Best for players who want color games and live tables at a low entry point, and who are happy to double-check which Casino Plus address they are using.

Bet88 is registered to Trojans Well Entertainment Corp. (TWEC), a PAGCOR-accredited Gaming System Administrator, with bet88.ph listed in PAGCOR Guarantee. Its promotion terms are unusually easy to read from search results. Bet88’s own sign-up page offers 20 free spins on JILI’s Super Ace with no deposit, for a promotion period running from 1 June to 31 December 2026, and its welcome bonus page describes a 100% match up to ₱8,888 on a deposit of at least ₱1. A comparison site reports the same match with a ₱300 minimum and 25x wagering; the difference is worth checking on the day you claim.

The payments point is not full marks. GCash withdrawals are reported as fast, but the same source mentions user reports of delays beyond a stated 24-hour window and advises finishing verification before you play. Bet88 also accepts Maya and QR Ph, according to that report, which gives players a fallback if one wallet is at its limit.

WinZir is registered to Sandbox Entertainment Corp. in PAGCOR’s GSA list, with winzir.ph in PAGCOR Guarantee and several further domains, including winzir.com and winzir.com.ph, in the register. WinZir publishes some of the clearest small print among listed sites. Its birthday promotion page describes a ₱300 free bet valid for 730 days after redemption, and its help centre confirms a ₱100 bonus for registering and verifying, with no deposit needed. Its promotions page adds a 10% casino reload once a day, and a comparison site reports and a 10x wagering requirement on its sports welcome offer.

Its payment information is where sources disagree. A Philippine comparison site reported a ₱200 minimum deposit, a ₱1,000 minimum withdrawal and withdrawals only between 9 am and 9 pm. WinZir’s own help centre gives different figures: a ₱500 minimum and ₱150,000 maximum deposit per transaction, a ₱500 minimum for bank-transfer withdrawals, and, in a March 2026 article, withdrawals “processed instantly” with 24/7 service. Its deposit page lists GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay and major banks. The same help centre also names Bitcoin among withdrawal methods, although PAGCOR prohibits cryptocurrency for betting; we could not confirm whether that page is current. We follow the operator’s own figures, and the ₱500 minimums are why payments do not earn full marks.

Okada Online is the online brand of Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, Inc., the company behind Okada Manila. It is the only brand in this list that appears in both of PAGCOR’s domain lists: the licensed-casino list, for live baccarat, live dealer roulette and slots, and the GSA list, in a row that includes sports betting. PAGCOR Guarantee links it to okadaonlinecasino.com.

It is built for a different player from the low-deposit brands above. The minimum deposit is reported at ₱500, and its promotions are reported to centre on live casino play rather than slot spins, with loyalty points linked to the resort. Its website describes itself as available only for Philippine gamers and could not be opened from outside the country.

That restriction is also why its score is middling: with no public bonus or payment terms we could read, transparency and payments score lower than for sites that publish them openly.

Two things temper that. Second, we could not read its current bonus or payment terms from outside the Philippines.

Its ₱50 KYC bonus shows how a clear promotion reads: the operator’s own page says ₱50 of game credit is credited automatically after a new member submits KYC documents, with an 8x wagering requirement. Its general promotions page mentions a 20x (deposit plus bonus) requirement on another offer, and the site publishes a responsible gaming page that refers to PAGCOR’s Code of Practice.

Its payments score is also lower: we found no dated information on its cashier, minimum withdrawal or processing hours, so that criterion rests on the general availability of e-wallets rather than a confirmed method list.

Its lower game-range score reflects the record, not the brand’s popularity: the BingoPlus domain itself is registered for traditional bingo, while other game types sit under the sister brands’ own addresses.

Its record covers electronic casino games, electronic bingo and sports betting, a solid three game types. As with the resort’s physical property, the name suggests a casino licence, but the online registration is an electronic gaming (GSA) brand, not an entry in the licensed-casino list.

We could not read its current promotions, cashier or limits from outside the Philippines, which is why transparency and payments score at the lower end.

SG8 is registered to Silver Goose 8 in PAGCOR’s GSA list, in a row for electronic casino games, and PAGCOR Guarantee links it to sg8.casino. What stands out in the register is the number of addresses: the same row lists a long series of SG8 domains, from playsg8.com to sg8.bet and sg8.zone. All of them are registered, but a player who arrives from a social media link should still compare the address with the list rather than assume any “sg8” name is covered.

Its sign-up promotion shows why we mark terms as partly transparent. SG8’s own page offers free credit on registration to verified players aged 21 and over, but the page title and the description in search results name different amounts, ₱300 and ₱100. Until the operator’s terms settle it, plan on the lower figure.
