NetEnt is one of the oldest names in online slots, the studio behind classics such as Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest and Dead or Alive 2, and since December 2020 part of Evolution, the live-casino company. In the Philippines its games are approved by PAGCOR in two lists, “EVOLUTION-NETENT” and “EVOLUTION-NETENT (OVGC)”, the latter dated 8 September 2026, each with about 220 titles, almost all slots. NetEnt’s official game pages publish unusually detailed figures: RTP, hit frequency, maximum win and a volatility index, and its site offers free demo play. This guide covers the studio, its Philippine approvals, how to read its numbers, and its best-known slots.

How we test NetEnt casinos
Our operator scores are desk reviews on the five criteria of our published rubric, beginning with the site’s exact domain in PAGCOR’s records; we do not claim to have played NetEnt games for money. For a studio page we add three checks: the studio’s PAGCOR approvals, what operators’ bonus terms say about it, and what the studio itself publishes.
NetEnt is the easiest studio to research of those we cover, because its pages give more numbers than most. The one caution is the volatility figure: NetEnt shows it as a number on an unlabelled scale rather than as “low”, “medium” or “high”, so we report it as NetEnt presents it and do not translate it into words. The RTP and hit frequency are clearer and more useful for comparing games.
On bonuses, check the game-contribution rules as always. Bonus terms may exclude particular games or count them at a lower rate, so read them before using bonus money on any NetEnt slot. We found no NetEnt-specific promotions at the listed sites on 24 September 2026.

The two PAGCOR list names reflect how Evolution’s studios are approved in the Philippines: PAGCOR’s index shows several Evolution brands, including Evolution’s live dealer games, Big Time Gaming, No Limit City and Red Tiger, each with lists of their own, and an “OVGC” version of several of them. PAGCOR’s page does not explain the “OVGC” label; for a player, the practical point is simply that NetEnt’s games are in PAGCOR’s approved lists, under both names.
NetEnt games
Of about 220 titles in each NetEnt list, all but a couple are slots; the exceptions are table games. The catalogue spans more than two decades, from early classics to recent releases, and includes jackpot games such as the Divine Fortune editions alongside themed video slots such as Bee Hive Bonanza.
Hit frequency is the figure that sets NetEnt’s pages apart. It tells you how often, on average, a spin returns some win, of any size. Gonzo’s Quest’s 41% means roughly two spins in five pay something; Divine Fortune’s 20% means one in five. It does not say how big those wins are: a game can hit often and pay small, or hit rarely and pay large. Read together with RTP and maximum win, it gives a good picture of how a game will feel before you play it.

| Gonzo’s Quest | 95.97% | 41% | 2,200x | 2010 | Yes, plus Gonzo’s Quest 2 and Gonzo’s Gold |

Figures are from NetEnt’s official game pages, checked on 24 September 2026. Some review sites quote slightly different values for the same games, such as a 500x maximum for Starburst; we use NetEnt’s own figures. Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, Dead or Alive 2 and Twin Spin appear in PAGCOR’s NetEnt lists by name. Divine Fortune appears only as Divine Fortune Black and Divine Fortune Megaways, and we did not find Mega Fortune, so the figures for those two originals describe games you should not expect at a PAGCOR-listed site.
The table shows why NetEnt remains popular with careful players: RTPs close to or above 96%, published hit rates, and maximum wins that are moderate by today’s standards. Starburst’s 800x ceiling, for instance, is modest next to the 10,000x-plus figures of many newer slots, which is part of why it plays as a steady, low-drama game. Dead or Alive 2, by contrast, pairs a high volatility index with a higher ceiling and plays very differently.
The jackpot games deserve a separate note. Divine Fortune and Mega Fortune add progressive jackpots on top of their normal paytable; in the Philippines, the approved jackpot option from this family is the Divine Fortune Black or Megaways edition, each a separate game with its own rules. A progressive jackpot is paid on a rare event and grows as players stake on it; it adds excitement but does not make ordinary sessions more rewarding. For a bee-themed NetEnt game, see Bee Hive Bonanza, one of the approved alternatives we mention on our Queen Bee page.
Play NetEnt games for money only at a site whose exact domain is in PAGCOR Guarantee or PAGCOR’s registers; our casino ranking lists the operators we have scored. For other studios, see our guides to Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and JILI.
