Fa Chai Slots and Games: PAGCOR Approvals

Fa Chai, often written FA CHAI or FC, is a studio with a strong Asian focus and a catalogue that goes well beyond slots: fishing games, coin dozers, a colour game, Lucky 9 and Mines sit alongside its candy and fortune-themed slots. In the Philippines its games are approved by PAGCOR in two main lists, “GALATIC / FA CHAI”, dated 13 August 2026, with about 80 titles, and “FA CHAI”, dated 19 May 2026, plus a separate list for games with a jackpot feature. Fa Chai publishes an RTP, volatility and maximum multiplier on its official game pages. This guide covers who operates the studio, what its PAGCOR approvals include, and how its games differ from the other studios popular in Philippine lobbies.

How we test Fa Chai casinos

Our operator scores are desk reviews on the five criteria of our published rubric, starting with the site’s exact domain in PAGCOR’s records; we do not claim to have played Fa Chai games for money. For a studio page we add three checks: which of the studio’s games PAGCOR has approved, what operators’ bonus terms say about it, and what the studio publishes about its games.

On bonus terms, Fa Chai is in a different position from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft: CrazywinGo’s welcome bonus, which excludes those two studios and King Midas from turnover, does not name Fa Chai. That is one operator’s rule, though, and others set their own. Fishing games, dozers and other arcade-type titles are also often treated differently from slots in bonus terms, so check the game-contribution rules before using bonus money on anything that is not a standard slot.

On the studio’s own information, Fa Chai’s pages give an RTP, a volatility rating and a maximum multiplier, as for Sugar Bang Bang: 96.5%, medium and 3,000x. We could not confirm a working public demo, so we do not link to one.

About Fa Chai

Two points in that table are worth explaining. First, the Curaçao licence is for the studio’s international business; it is not what makes its games legal to offer in the Philippines. What matters here is PAGCOR’s approval, and Fa Chai’s games appear in PAGCOR’s lists both under its own name and through Galatic Events Corp., written “GALATIC” in PAGCOR’s documents. Galatic appears in several other PAGCOR lists too, for studios such as JDB, Omniplay and Vertexplay, as the entity through which their games are approved; the service-provider name in a list title is simply part of how PAGCOR records the approval. Second, the founding year and headquarters are not on Fa Chai’s own site, so we treat the commonly quoted figures as unconfirmed.

Fa Chai games

PAGCOR’s Galatic / Fa Chai list shows a catalogue that mixes Asian fortune themes, Western adventure and a few distinctly Filipino touches. Of about 80 approved titles, around 70 are slots, with the rest arcade-type and table games:

A few titles will look familiar to Filipino players by name alone: Halo Halo, after the iced dessert; Super Color Game, an electronic take on the perya colour game; and Lucky 9, a card game with a long local following. Fishing games, where you shoot at fish on screen for prizes, and coin dozers, based on the arcade coin-pusher machines, are formats that many Western studios do not make at all, and they are part of why Fa Chai’s catalogue feels different from Pragmatic Play’s or PG Soft’s.

Arcade-type games follow their own rules, which the game’s information screen explains. They can feel more skill-based than slots, especially fishing games, but outcomes are still governed by the game’s random number generator and return settings. Treat them with the same budget discipline as any slot.

The jackpot list deserves a mention. PAGCOR keeps a separate “GALATIC / FA CHAI (with jackpot feature)” list for jackpot-linked versions, and on 13 August 2026 it named a single slot. If a lobby advertises a Fa Chai jackpot, the rules screen explains how it works at that site.

Popular Fa Chai slots

We cover Fa Chai’s best-known slot in detail:

Sugar Bang Bang has two approved follow-ups, Sugar Bang Bang 2 and Sugar Bang Bang Plus, and a related “Sugar Bing Bing” also appears in the list. As with other studios’ series, each version is approved separately and can have its own settings, so check the title screen before you rely on a figure or a promotion.

For players choosing between studios, Fa Chai offers something in between: like PG Soft it publishes RTPs, like JILI it goes beyond slots into arcade and table formats, and unlike both it has a large set of fishing and dozer games. Our guides to JILI, PG Soft and Pragmatic Play cover the others. Whatever you play, choose a site whose exact domain is in PAGCOR Guarantee or PAGCOR’s registers.
