What is a casino bonus?

A casino bonus is money, spins or credit an operator adds to your account on conditions it sets, usually to win a new player or keep an existing one. The conditions are the product: bonus money normally has to be bet a set number of times (the wagering requirement) before anything won with it can be withdrawn, within a deadline and sometimes up to a maximum cashout. That is why a ₱50 credit with 8x wagering can be worth more to a casual player than a ₱10,000 match with 35x on deposit plus bonus.

In a memorandum dated 7 May 2026, reported by iGaming Business, it capped cash rebates on slots, e-bingo, numeric games and sports betting at 1.5% of turnover or deposit, and cash-back on e-games at 15% of net losses. Casino Plus now describes a 1.5% cash rebate on its own promotion page, in line with the cap; a much larger “rebate” should make you check who is offering it. The memorandum, as reported, does not limit welcome or no-deposit bonuses.
