The table’s order is our overall desk-review score, not an app ranking. Mobile quality is a separate question, and the answer depends on how you play. Some operators push you into their app: Bet88’s promotion pages tell players to use the Bet88 app for all deposits and gameplay, offered as a download for Android, iOS and Windows from bet88.ph rather than through the App Store search. Others, like Casino Plus, publish an App Store app and an Android download on their own site. How we review mobile casinos

Every operator is scored on the five criteria of our rubric, starting with the exact domain in PAGCOR’s records. For a mobile page we add four checks that anyone can repeat:

Casino Plus PH is the most-rated app among the operators we score: 3.9 out of 5 from 11,697 ratings on the Philippine App Store, published by Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation, the licensee in PAGCOR’s register. It was updated on 24 September 2026, the day we checked.

The app description names GCash, Maya and UnionBank for transactions, and the operator’s pages add GrabPay and bank transfer. Color games, live tables and JILI slots are all available in the app.

On Android, Casino Plus says the only safe source for its app is its own website, at casinoplus.com.ph/download/app-store. That matters because the brand has many registered domains and many unofficial download pages.

Recent reviews are harsh, which is common for gambling apps: players who lose rate low. The recurring practical complaint was customer support response times.

For a phone-first player who wants color games and low minimum deposits, it is the strongest listed app we reviewed, provided you download it from the official source.

The “NUSTAR-Slots Casino Games” app is published by Premier Online Digital Entertainment Corporation, the GSA in NuSTAR’s PAGCOR record, and had 3.1 out of 5 from 1,610 ratings on 24 September 2026.

Its PAGCOR record is the widest among the brands we score, from bingo to sports betting, and its homepage promotes a deposit boost and a slots loss return.

The most instructive review complaint is about turnover: a user wrote that you cannot withdraw without meeting “the turnover amount”. That is how bonus wagering works at any site, and it is a reason to decline a bonus if you want to withdraw freely.

Other recent reviews mention app crashes and difficulty reaching support after a deposit.

Best for players who want one app for many game types and who read bonus terms before claiming them.

CrazywinGo

The Crazywingo app is published by Breddas Inc., the GSA in PAGCOR’s register, and had 4.2 out of 5 on the App Store, but from only 5 ratings, too few to mean much.

Its lobby leans towards phone-friendly formats: fishing games, crash and arcade titles, buy-bonus slots and bingo, alongside JILI and PG Soft slots.

Its bonus terms are among the clearest we found, such as the ₱50 KYC credit with 8x turnover, which makes it easier to know where you stand from inside the app.

Reviews are mixed: older ones praise the design, a 2024 review complains of buffering on deposit, and an April 2026 review notes that support had become fast.

A reasonable pick for players who like arcade and fishing games, with the caveat that its promoted domain and its PAGCOR Guarantee entry differ, as explained in our casino ranking.

BingoPlus’s app, “BingoPlus: Bingo Tongits & Slot”, is published by AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. and had 3.3 out of 5 from 8,424 ratings, the second-largest count among listed apps.

As the name says, it goes beyond bingo: tongits, pusoy, poker, color game and slots are all in the app, which is available for Android, iOS and PC according to the operator.

A recent four-star review called it licensed and easy to withdraw from; a one-star review the same day described a withdrawal held for ID verification and then rejected. Both point to the same lesson: verify your account before you need to withdraw.

An iPad user reported black screens in the new tablet version, so phone users may have the smoother experience for now.

Best for bingo and card-game players who want the operator’s official app rather than a browser.

“Hann Online – Casino & Slots” is published by HANN Philippines, Inc., the GSA-registered company, and had 3.3 out of 5 from 47 ratings.

Its homepage advertises GCash, a ₱1,000 first-deposit bonus, ₱900 over three deposits and a ₱27 daily sign-in reward, a structure designed around regular app use.

Its reviews include the most serious payment complaint we read: a user reported a large withdrawal paid only in part and a transaction stuck “confirming” for five days, with no reply from support.

We cannot verify individual reviews, but a complaint like that is worth knowing about before you deposit larger amounts.

Suitable for small, regular play; if a withdrawal stalls, keep your records and escalate to PAGCOR.

How mobile casinos work

There are three ways to play on a phone, and they differ mainly in how you install them and how easy they are to fake:

Android is where most fakes circulate. Operators often distribute Android apps as APK files from their own sites, and the same brands then appear on APK mirror sites and in “download” pages on unrelated domains. For example, a page at filbetcasino.ph promotes a “Filbet app”, but that domain is not among Filbet’s registered addresses, which are filbet.com and filbet.com.ph. Philippine search results also showed casino “app” pages on hijacked subdomains of government websites. Download only from a link on the operator’s domain as listed in PAGCOR Guarantee.

Payments work the same way in an app as on the website. Since August 2025 GCash and Maya no longer link to casinos, so you pay from the casino’s cashier inside its app and confirm in your wallet app. Our payments guide covers the limits that apply.

Mobile casino app ratings

These are the ratings shown on the Philippine App Store on 24 September 2026 for casino apps whose publishers are in PAGCOR’s registers:

Read the two number columns together. A 4.2 from five ratings says almost nothing; a 3.9 from nearly 12,000 is a stable signal. And remember what drives gambling-app reviews: many one-star reviews simply say the player lost, which describes gambling rather than the app. The useful reviews are the specific ones, about withdrawals, verification, crashes or support, and those are what we quote above. A rating is never evidence that a game is fair; PAGCOR’s approval of the game and the operator is.
